About
Welcome to the vibrant world of Homeland, a charming grocery store nestled in the heart of Oklahoma City at 7001 NW 122nd St. Here, shopping isn’t just a chore; it's an experience that combines convenience and heartfelt service.
From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by spotless aisles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—attributes that numerous customers rave about. Nancy R. praises the store's cleanliness and well-stocked organic produce, while Krista H. highlights the inviting “welcome home” feeling that permeates the space. This is more than just a grocery store; it’s a community hub.
One of Homeland's standout features is its amazing deli counter. The tantalizing aroma of freshly prepared rotisserie and fried chicken beckons from afar, a favorite among patrons. The deli also boasts an impressive selection of meats and cheeses that keep shoppers returning for more. Walter H. notes the exquisite variety at the cheese and fruit counter, further enriching the culinary tapestry available to customers.
What truly sets Homeland apart, however, is its staff. The team here goes above and beyond, fostering a sense of family among shoppers. Bryson B. recounts a memorable experience in the butcher section where the staff treated him and his son with kindness and enthusiasm, making it clear that customer service is a priority at Homeland. Such personal interactions transform a simple grocery run into a delightful outing.
While the layout may sometimes feel like a puzzle—as noted by Paul R.—the staff is readily available to guide you. The balance of self-checkout options and dedicated cashiers ensures that time spent at Homeland is both efficient and enjoyable.
In conclusion, Homeland is a remarkable grocery store that embraces community spirit. It is clean, well-stocked, and staffed by friendly individuals, all of which contribute to an uplifting shopping experience. Next time you're in the area, make sure to stop by. Whether you're grabbing organic produce for a family meal or indulging in their deli delights, Homeland promises a taste of home with every visit.
“ This Homeland is always clean and shelves well stocked. Nice supply of organic produce. The deli is always busy serving fresh rotisserie chicken, fried chicken and deli meats and cheese. They have customer service check out and self check out for convenience. ”
“ Such a nice store! Especially the cheese & fruit counter. It's fun to shop there & visit with Carolyn & the rest of the staff. Also like that the store is clean & well stocked. They must have a good Manager! ”
“ Ok so this review is for the store at May & 164th for what it's worth! My oldest and I went to get some meat sliced for beef jerky making and boy did they knock it out of the park! Whomever runs the butcher section needs a raise, why you ask? Because they were upfront and genuine and super polite. They treated me and my son like family in a way. They said jokingly that they had a policy that i had to bring some back hahaha, heck ya i will. Honestly a great overall experience, even the self check out lady was over the top nice ! Definitely going back here for our families groceries! ”
“ This is a nice sized grocery store. If you haven't been in there it's like a puzzle trying to figure out where everything is. I caught a hard time but got help from employees on where to find different things. Some items weren't in the aisle where they were supposed to be and on different other aisles. That reminds me of Kroger sometimes. Nice clean store and friendly employees. ”
“ It's so refreshing walking in here. It has a welcome home feeling. I was sooo happy to see the selection of flavors in KIND bars they had and also in RX bars! They seemed to have enough cashiers for check out lines and 4 self check outs. ”
“ Bakery section has fresh products. The produce section has a fine selection of organic and non organic items. I've never tried the cold cut/cooked food sections, but they do have a fine selection of fried chickens among other items. The dairy and meat sections have abundant selections, but their seafood section has minimum fresh items...most are all frozen. I do like the fact they have a pharmacy inside the store as well as large selection of off the shelve medicines. As a employee owned store, I like visiting here because you can tell everyone there has put in a lot of care into their store. Highly recommend this store for your daily needs. ”
